All orders will be shipped within 3-5 business days and should arrive within 5-7 business days. Please note that if we are experiencing a high volume of orders, it may take us an additional 3-8 business days to ship. All orders will come with a tracking number and you will be able to track your package through UPS/USPS/Fedex.
Mashi Box is not responsible for lost or stolen packages, packages that are sent to the wrong address or for refunding or replacing packages in these cases. The customer is responsible for filing all claims. Mashi Box is not responsible for any package(s) once it is in the hands of the shipping carrier (i.e. UPS, USPS, Fedex, etc).
For any order that is returned to us due to incorrect address, unclaimed, etc, the customer will be responsible for paying for the reshipment of the package. If you do not wish for a reshipment, you will be refunded the difference of your total price and cost of shipping.
